Sorry to be a pain, but this software is much better than the BD software in regards to report options, but I cannot get it to download insulin records now. Even when I try to have it download everything, it's still ignoring the last few days of insulin records.

Any suggestions other than to hand input insuling records?

FWIW, I installed the BD software on this computer and it does pickup everything. But the reports are awful.

Oh, I just deleted all the records and downloaded again and there were no insulin records at all.
