These virtual com ports are created by the driver which comes with the cable. But as said: a 64 system urgently needs a 64 driver.

But maybe you can get a normal com-cable somewhere. These cables need a hardware com port, but no driver. On the other hand you can use them with an adapter com2usb, and it's much easier to find a 64 driver for an adapter. Especially if it has a prolific chip, because then you can use a sitecom driver: http://www.sitecom.com/drivers.php

i stumbled on siDiary awhile ago (and bought v5, and now v6) it's been fantastic... so much easier that writing it down in a book!...

Please download the latest package from out server. The csv-import will now support the field BG_LEVEL_MMOL...

Sorry to jump in at the end...

I can get my data to import from a CVS file just fine, except the REMARK field. Sadly that was the only field that I was trying the manual import for because the import from my meter loses that data.

I tried that a second ago and everything worked as designed so I assume that ther's a problem with the csv file (delimiter, wrong column etc.)!?

Thanks for the help on the layout. I got an error with my import: "No values!"

Here is the data. Do I use German format for the date and time or USA format?

I figured out the right time and date format and everything is working great. Even figured out to use a pipe (|) to get the exercise info in right.

If you still got problems with the remark import please remove the placeholder [LIST_START_2] at the end of the first row. This is a placeholder for the export-template only...
