Hmm, a good possibility to point to the fact, that members can feel free to enter the location where they come from in their profile 

This will raise the chance enormous  for maybe getting anwers to difficult questions in their native language!
Most of us are able at least to answer in better or worse (school-) englich (in my case), but eventually there are members that can aswer in french or italian too.
