dear guys please help I've been away from the Forum and 'the' Diary for some months, I lost my hard drive, downloaded the programme from th' web site, which came up as expired,yeah same old, but when I try to re- register it with the new license key ect. am still getting not valid, Jorg answered a mail I sent to support, but I'm still getting the same message with registration please let me know where I'm going wrong...

do you still habe the mail with the subject 'Thank you for chosing a SINOVO product'?

Attached to this mail is a small license file. Save it to your harddisk, doubleclick it and then in the licensemanager (comes up automatically) click at 'Register Online'. That's the most easiest way and you won't get an invalid message with it.
